DIALITE™ CLIA Analyzer
Adopts a chemiluminescence method based on horseradish peroxidase, working with supporting reagents for qualitative or quantitative testing of analytes in human serum, plasma, whole blood, and urine. Uses paramagnetic particles as the reaction carrier and measures the direct chemiluminescence reaction of acridinium under pre-trigger and trigger solutions.
What makes this a walk-away platform.
Fully Automated Operation
Automated sample and reagent processing, cup transfer, dispensing, mixing, and reaction for a complete walk-away workflow.
High Throughput
Up to 120–300 tests per hour, with the first result available in under 10 minutes.
Broad Test Menu
Vitamins, hormones, cardiac, infectious disease, tumor, autoimmune, kidney/liver, and immune function panels.
Multiple Assay Formats
Sandwich, competitive, and indirect immunoassay methods supported on the same platform.
Onboard Reagent Refrigeration
24-hour refrigeration at 2–8°C on the reagent disk to protect reagent integrity.
Touchscreen Interface
Intuitive touchscreen software with Home, Sample, QC, Calibration, Reagent, and Maintenance controls.
Disposable Assay Cups
Single-use reaction cups eliminate cross-contamination and carry-over between samples.
LIS Connectivity
USB 2.0 and Ethernet RJ45 interfaces for software upgrade and LIS data transfer.
Three assay formats, one platform.
Sandwich
Capture antibody/antigen on magnetic beads binds the target, followed by a luminescent-labeled detection antibody, forming a Beads–Antibody–Antigen–Antibody–Luminescent complex.
Competitive
Test antigen competes with a luminescent-labeled antigen (or antibody) for binding sites on the solid-phase carrier; signal is inversely related to analyte concentration.
Indirect
Captured antigen on magnetic beads binds the test antibody, followed by a luminescent-labeled anti-antibody, forming a Beads–Antigen–Antibody–Antibody–Luminescent complex.
Four steps, under 10 minutes to first result.
Load Sample & Reagents
Up to 30 sample and 10 reagent positions loaded onto the analyzer.
Automated Processing
Cup transfer, dispensing, mixing, and reaction — fully walk-away.
Chemiluminescent Detection
Acridinium reaction measured under pre-trigger and trigger solutions.
Result in ≤10 Minutes
Quantitative (4PLC) or qualitative (COI) result delivered.
Built for a compact bench footprint.
Touchscreen interface, sample & reagent disk, assay cup hopper, power switch, and substrate bottles are all accessible from the front of the unit — no rear access required for routine operation.
